Singapore is an attractive destination for overseas students. Higher education courses available include degrees, higher-level technical courses and short-term study programs. Average tuition fees in Singapore are around S$25,000 per year, and average living expenses are around S$10,000 per year. Actual fees charged vary between institutions, with the most popular undergraduate and postgraduate courses costing substantially more.
These vary between study programs and levels. For each course, Indian students will need to meet a minimum English language requirement. Along with that, a minimum academic record of 80% and above in Class XII will be required if looking at getting admission to a government university. For private institutes and polytechnics, students who have secured below 60% can also get admission. The student should have completed 18 years of age before joining a degree program.

UG – Overall 6.0 with no band lower than 5.5
PG – Overall 6.5 with no band lower than 6.0
However, these may vary between study programs and levels. Most of the colleges/universities in Singapore also accepts students based on MOI – Medium of Instruction Letter.
International students can work in Singapore once they have been hired by a local company. The employer sponsors the work permit to work full time in Singapore after graduation. However keep in mind that getting jobs in the Singapore is not easy, with strong competition for places.
